Closed-beta participation terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the HobbyLoop closed beta program offered via hobbyloop.app. The full product is operated separately at hobbyloop.eu.
2. Beta status
HobbyLoop is in pre-release. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. No availability is guaranteed. Participation is free of charge during the beta.
3. Acceptance & access
Spots are limited and granted at our discretion based on quiz results and fit. We may revoke access at any time, especially in case of abuse.
4. Liability
To the extent legally permitted we exclude liability for indirect damages, lost data, or interruptions of the beta service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
5. Intellectual property
All HobbyLoop trademarks, content and code remain ours. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product, without obligation to credit or compensate.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
