b) Beta sign-up quiz

On this beta site we store the answers you give in the sign-up quiz, a derived score and estimated value, your referral source, and — if you provide it — your email address. We use this to grant beta access, to understand tester needs, and to send rare beta-related updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running a closed test (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you contact us by email or form, we only store the data you provide (e.g. name, email address) to process your inquiry.

4. Cookies

This beta site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores a local preference for light/dark mode on your device. The main platform at www.hobbyloop.eu uses cookies for user-friendliness and analysis functions, which you can control there at any time.

5. Analytics and Marketing

The main HobbyLoop platform may use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, with IP anonymisation activated) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure reach and advertising effectiveness, only after you consent there. No such tracking runs on this beta site.

6. Newsletter and Beta Updates

If you provide your email address, we use it exclusively to send beta invitations and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us.

7. Server Log Files

The provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of server request

This data is not merged with other data sources.

8. Storage Period

Beta sign-up data is kept for the duration of the beta programme and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

We store data on managed cloud infrastructure inside the EU. No data is sold to third parties.

12. Shipping Data (main platform)

For shipment management we work with the integrated logistics service. Your address is transmitted in anonymised form to the shipping service for label generation. The other user never has access to your full address.

13. AI Data

If you use AI features (image analysis, Loopie AI Coach, chat), the data you provide is processed to deliver responses and analysis. Conversations are not used to train third-party AI models.
